Strategic assistance to SME’s

What are our fees?

We would like to structure our fee in three parts:

1. Introduction and trial for one month at no charge – this would entail a visit to meet all participants, reading the plan and then meeting once more in the period of the month to discuss a way forward. In this way, the client can see how we work.
   
   
2. Agree on a period of time for work – say one visit per month for 4 months. These visits may last for 3 hours – total of 12 hours over 4 months. The rate is $200 per hour (+GST) – a total of $2,400 (+GST)
   
   
3. Half of the fee is payable up front, the other half when the agreed period is over.
