What are our fees?
Note:
- All fees exclusive of GST. If GST applies it is 10% of the amount quoted so that a quoted fee of $2,000 will be $2,200 including GST)
- All work to be performed is agreed to in advance via an Engagement letter
| Initial communication, appraisal and consultation with a Migration Agent | Nil |
| Preparation of a business plan for submission to a State Government for a for a State Sponsored Business Visa | $2,000 + depending on the complexity of the proposal. The fee will be agreed before the project is commenced. This fee includes finding a business investment to suit a business visa class and structuring the proposal. Given the time involved in the Visa process, this will probably not be the final business purchased but the plan will be an excellent blueprint for future action. |
| Preparation of an Employer Sponsored Plan | $1,500 + depending on the complexity of the proposal. The fee will be agreed before the project is commenced |
| Preparation of a business plan for a 132 Business Visa | $2,500 + depending on the complexity of the proposal. The fee will be agreed before the project is commenced |
Other services:
Forming companies
Fee - $1,100 (including incorporation, application for ABN, TFN, GST if required and set up of bank Account). We are also prepared to act as a local Director (provided we have control over all accounting records and bank accounts) for a fee of $2,000 pa (ie. $500 per quarter)
Forming Trusts
Fee - $450 (including incorporation, application for ABN, TFN, GST if required and set up of bank Account
Providing Registered Office facilities
Fee - $200 pa (plus ASIC charges – presently $212 per annum)
Annual accounting and registered office facilities, reporting etc
Fee - $5,000 per annum + (this very much depends on the sort of work that is required)
Business advice on an ad hoc basis (eg. a brief to find a particular sort of business etc) – an agreed fee before work commences.
Other services – fee as agreed
Payment terms:
Business plans
50% on acceptance of the assignment, 50% on completion of the Plan and approval by the Migration Agent handling the application.
Other
Agreement of an annual fee and the quarterly in advance.
